Samsung laser printer scx4728FD not printing was created by Robinder Singh

HI mate ,
Thank you for adding punjab national bank and bank of baroda banks to your software ,
But how ever i am getting the same old issue with my printer which is samsung SCX-4728FD
which is loaded with manual feeder for cheques.
I am not getting any printout on cheque but when i used A4 size it did print on left side .
Please suggest what i can do ? I even tried altering the paper size in properties but it dint help me.

Hi Robinder,

Altering paper size won't help, because the cheque printing software will have full control of the paper size settings. In your case, I suggest that you try out different printing orientation via Tools->Options->Orientation, and if it still does not work, then it only suggest that this printer model is incompatible with my software.
