I m just downloaded your software, unfortunately the software keep printing 3 copies while I m just click print in one time, may I know any solution to resolved this?

Hi,

It's a problem related to your printer driver or operating system. You may try some other printer to see if the same problem exists on your computer, if so then it means the problem is operating system related, otherwise it's printer driver related.
