Cambodia Cheque

Dear Cheque writer who had created form of cheques for my country. First of all, I would like to say thanks you for your creation; it's a nice form. Secondly, I need your helping about the changing of writing style. General use of cheque writing in my country, they use no any sign and USD infront of wording letter.
Example:
Payee: Roy Ang or (ROY ANG), they don't use **Roy Ang** or other sign.
Sum of amount: USD Twenty Million.... or (USD TWENTY MILLION......)

Lastly, I hope that you will know and help to solve this problems.

In the cheque form if you could add one more row for writing purpose in front of word " For" , it is super best.
