Hi ,

Firstly , Thanks so much for this free and really easy to use and convenient cheque writer.

I am using Dell 926 printer . But the dated not completed . Like toady 100614only can print 10061 .
How to do can completed the date. The rest is ok. Thanks!

Hi Crystal,

Is all other bank's cheque also facing similar problem? Or just particular bank?

Yes. All bank facing this problem. Even I try use normal paper still the same . Image as per attached .Thanks!

Hi Crystal,

Now I see your problem, it's because of the printer issue, obviously your printer cannot handle printing for custom paper size as small as cheque sizes.

Hi Kap-Chew,

I am very pleasant with your software, I am using HP deskjet 2645 now because my old CANON MG-2200 is dead. I myself is facing the same problem which is the date is not completed as Crystal Yao. I wonder if you can fix the problem by changing the custom size and everything remains the same?
